Our Philosophy
If it’s important to you what you put into your mind AND your body, then you are very thoughtful as to what ingredients are in the foods you eat. You probably stay away from foods that have unpronounceable names in them and you are pretty choosey that certain fats and sugars aren’t hidden in there as well.
Our philosophy at Zen Bakery is pure and simple: use good, wholesome ingredients, proportionally combined to please the palate and the mind.
